Why we built a dyeing ERP
When we were building MobiOffice for weaving units, we kept hearing the same thing from dyeing unit owners: "We run on the same spreadsheets your weaving customers had — but our problem is batch tracking, color consumption, and dispatch costing, not beams."
Generic ERPs don't understand dye recipes, MLR-based batch setup, or process-wise production tracking. And no one was building for the specific workflow of a dyeing process house — where the bottleneck is tracking batches across stages, managing material requests, and getting accurate cost reports.
So we built MobiOffice Dyeing ERP. Same philosophy as the weaving product: built for the vocabulary of the unit, phased rollout that doesn't disrupt production, and WhatsApp-first support.
